10/23 Corn harvest back on track
Good morning. Since about mid day Saturday, we have been back in the field. It rained a bit Sunday morning again but not enough to stop the harvesting. Yesterday, Monday, was also a good day in the field. There are some wet spots but it hasn't been going to bad. The sun is shining again this morning so I hope for another good day today.
Congratulations to the South African rugby team winning the Worldcup! The guys did get to watch it on Saturday and they were pretty pumped! I cannot believe Chad let all of them off for a couple hours (especially since we just got back into the fields) to watch it but he did. We knew it was important to them.
