6/27/08 Second entry for the day
Enid, OK got another shot of rain last night and I haven't been able to get ahold of Jake to see if they will be cutting today or not. Chad said he thought that crew had about 500 acres or so left to cut and then we'll be nearly done in Oklahoma. Everyone else has moved up near Dighton, KS and are in the fields cutting. There must be some bad cell reception there as well (or they're just avoiding my calls!)

Taylor and I had a good time in Oklahoma this week. Enid is right at 710 miles from Hendricks so we had some quality father son time. One of Taylor's highlights though was go kart racing against Chad late one night. Chad bumped Taylor from behind and spun him out! Taylor said Chad should have been black flagged!!!
