Good morning. I talked to Scott for a bit this morning and he said there's a 50% chance of rain again today! They haven't cut since last Friday! The forecast up there looks like sunny and windy tomorrow and Saturday looks okay as well and then a chance of storms again on Sunday. » read more

10/08/08 Rains!!
Good morning. We received just over 2" of rain from Sunday morning through Monday night so the combining stopped for a while. They also have been getting rains in Pierre so they are held up there for a bit as well. It looks like they may give it a try this afternoon there, though. We may even give it a whirl here later today. We shall see.
Luke has been taking out some beans near Badger, SD as well and we'll see if he and his crew get back in the field today.
I think it's dry enough to get nine holes in tonight!
