South African family/friends update
Good morning, again. I just wanted to let you know how each of the guys were doing.
When Taylor and I first got down to OK on Monday night, we spotted Deon getting out of his truck in Pond Creek so it was nice to talk to him for a while. He was driving truck on Jake's crew but leaving on Tuesday morning to haul some equipment to Kansas. On Tuesday, we rode in the combines with Dirk, Marcel, Jan, and Jake for a while. We talked to Shaun, Johann, and Awie who were driving trucks for that crew. I also rode with Edward for a while in his tractor pulling the grain cart. This crew said they were cutting for a super nice family and all the guys seemed to be doing well.
We went to Billings later that day to catch up with Luke's crew but as soon as we got there, Luke needed us to take AJ back to Enid to get another tractor so we never got to ride or talk to the crew there. We did meet Philip on the road who was driving truck and he had a smile from ear to ear as he always does. We didn't get to see Al, Andries, Casper V or Casper F, Nico, Hennie, Will (sorry Rika!), or Chris. Sorry!
In Enid, working on some of the equipment and getting things loaded, we were able to talk to Dan, Peter and Marthinus for a while. Everyone is working hard but seem to be happy as well.

DO YOU HAVE A COPY OCF? Happy b day Chad I know its a bit late but enjoy the 40 somethings!! The video Alex posted on youtube brings back awesome memories for me and I think everyone who has worked for OCF. Maybe Alex should start working for OCF doing promotions, looks like he has talent. Its was the best time of my live with OCF!Every year OCF changes a few South Africans lives and I think you should be very proud of it. You make us feel part of the OCF family from the first day and I am VERY PROUD TO HAVE BEEN A PART OF THE OCF LEGACY!!! Send my regards to everyone! Martin
