Good morning. I talked to Scott for a bit this morning and he said there's a 50% chance of rain again today! They haven't cut since last Friday! The forecast up there looks like sunny and windy tomorrow and Saturday looks okay as well and then a chance of storms again on Sunday. » read more

10/14/08 Corn harvest in progress
Good morning. The corn harvest is really starting to get going here in SW Minnesota. I think the guys are glad to be back in the fields again and not in the shop all day.
Jake's crew is still in Pierre cutting Milo, Luke and his crew are near Arlington and Badger cutting beans and Scott and a crew are near Marshall cutting corn. So, these days are pretty quiet again around the shop and office. Most of the time that's a good thing!
Amanda is getting ansy to get out of the office and in a combine herself!
