Good morning. Chad says the moisture of the wheat is running a bit high right now where they are cutting so they may move some combines and cut in a different location for a day or so and then get back to the current jobs. So far the weather has been good in KS and the machines have been running most of the days they've been there. Chad is thinking that a week from today they may move to Pierre, SD. He doesn't think the wheat is going to be ready at that time so they will take a few days to service all the machines.
Some friends of ours, Dale and Karen Richmond from Ivanhoe, MN, stopped in yesterday to check on the harvest. They will be camping with the crew for a couple days and Dale will be getting some time behind the wheel of a combine. It's great to have friends stop by to visit and help out.
Have a great Tuesday! It's too bad it Ladies Day at the golf course, but there are other courses nearby I can find! Actually, last week I misplaced my driver! I can't figure out where I would have left it!! I last had it on the beach.

Trav...I have your driver. Some nice looking gal wanted to trade for a longer one so I gave her mine on trade for yours. :-) Orv
